The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and religious purposes. Within the scope of these purposes, the Corporation’s primary purpose and focus will be to make distributions for charitable and religious purposes and to provide Islamic awareness and education.
The corporation shall have the power to take any and all action reasonably and lawfully necessary, proper, suitable, or convenient for the achievement or furtherance of the aforestated purposes, or for any of them, including without limitation, the power to cooperate with, make grants, or gifts to, and offer any other legally allowable means of support to any organization, association, bureau, commission, group, individual, or entity whose primary purpose is deemed to be in furtherance of the aforestated purposes and which qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time.
